FACILITIES & SERVICES
The Grand Victoria Estates is a fully developed residential subdivision, complete with facilities and services that caters to our community. The neighborhood is relaxed and spacious, and only a short distance away from the Maharlika highway and central business hub.
The neighborhood has several facilities for hobbies and leisure to elevate the quality of our residents’ lives.
SECURITY
The Grand Victoria Estates has two main entrances. The California-inspired Main Entrance Gate is located near the Maharlika national highway, while an Asian Contemporary-inspired second entrance gate is located at Cruz Roja, 200 meters away from the new extension of the Vergara Highway . The subdivision is equipped with guard houses with 24-hours security personnel at the site. The entire community is surrounded by a perimeter fence to keep residents safe.
CLUBHOUSE
The club house is located near the Main Entrance Gate 1 of The Grand Victoria Estates. Its main hall has a seating capacity of 300, and is ideal for family occasions, community events, and company celebrations.
SWIMMING POOL
The Grand Victoria Estates has a pool right outside the clubhouse main hall. Residents and their guests and enjoy the sunshine and pool. Shower rooms are found inside the club house and the lanai area provides ample space for relaxation.
BASKETBALL COURT
A 94 x 50 feet standard sized basketball court is a great way for neighborhood bonding and exercise. This court can hold tournaments as well.
OPEN SPACE WITH PLAYGROUND
A 2,273 square meter open space has been allotted as a community playground and leisure area where residents can connect with nature and enjoy outdoor activities. This area will be completed in the early part of 2021.
CREEKSIDE
One of The Grand Victoria Estate's future developments, the Creekside is a sustainable solution and compromise with the neighboring farm community. Originally, a farming irrigation system cut across the entire property. The Grand Victoria Estate understands the importance of this stable water supply to the farmers around the property. Instead, The Grand Victoria Estates designed a water feature that maintains the supply of water and can be turned into another open space that home owners can enjoy.
